The students of Our Lady of Fatima Secondary School participated in a National level Painting competition conducted by Petroleum Conservation research Association in collaboration with Central Board of Secondary Education. The aim of this competition was to create awareness among youth about conservation of petroleum and reduction emissions.
The poster making competition recorded large amount of participation. It was held for classes 6th to 9th. There were 80 students altogether, the competition was organised in Fatima Hall. There was no restriction as to the medium of drawing; children used pencils, pencil colours, crayons and water colours. The selected entries will be sent to CBSE via internet and the winners will be notified as and when the result is declared. There are many attractive prizes to be given; we hope that our students are able to achieve success.
