On 19th December’2015 Christmas function was organised in Our lady of Fatima School. Children from L.K.G. till 6th standards participated in the celebrations. The program was based on the birth of Jesus Christ. Angels from Heaven visit the Virgin mother Mariyam in her dreams that she will give birth to the son of God who will be known as Emanuel and who will rule on the world. Mariyam’s would be husband Joseph was not happy with this. When the angels came in dreams of Joseph and told him the great news, he also accepted it happily. The program was a musical and dance play showing the difficult conditions in which Jesus was born in a cow shed and how his birth was celebrated by the people. In the end, Santa Claus came and danced on the song “Jingle Bells – Jingle Bells” and gave children gifts and candies.
